You have 30 days to process a refund. Once agreed via email, you are required to send the artwork back in its original packaging and the same condition it was sent out.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, We are not liable for lost return items. Once approved the refund will be issued within 5-7 days. We will notify you by email once we have processed this.
